The production line for bar-bar or coil-bar bright Ti alloy bars consists of an RG-HCT peeling machine, RJE two roll precision straightening machine, heating furnace, pre-straightening machine, beveling machine and centerless grinding machine, with the first two pieces of equipment as its key machines. This production line is capable to produce Φ5 to 125mm bright Ti bars and thick wall Ti tubes. The dimensional tolerances achievable match up to h7.
Combined with other machines as auxiliary equipment, the finishing equipment of RG-Finishing can form several typical production lines for Ti alloy bars,
